Are words ever really lost?
_____________
Sappho. A Karaoke Machine. Poems. Pomegranates. For a night, statues step down from pedestals, and invite you into a sapphic fever dream. What is absent, what remains and what lies in between? An imagining of The Tenth Muse and queer love across time. MUSE is an ode to Sappho's lost poetry and all the fem voices that have been silenced from the ancient to the modern... so come close you precious graces and muses xxx

Laura, Emily, and Isobel deliver emotion-filled verse in the style of Ancient Greek Chorus to take us through the journey of understanding how devastating losing such art is for us, broken up by a repeating dialogue that loses more and more of it in each repeat. We are brought around to a joy filled ending embracing the love and life we have now. Gorgeous, I love lesbians.
