As well as my personal practice, I work in a number of other roles through the industry, as both an administrator and creative collaborator. Here is some of that stuff, perhaps one day destined for a page of its own (the little project that could !)

Event Co-ordinator 

5 Steps Forward

2025

Arts Narrogin, WAYJO, Regional Arts WA, MYFAC, Circuit West, Holyoake

Co-ordinating and organising many stakeholders in the delivery of a year-long community-engaged music project in Narrogin, WA. Led by Zero Emcee and Gemma Farrell, local students at Narrogin Senior High School collaborate to write four rap songs, to be recorded and performed in both Narrogin and Boorloo. This role includes the co-ordination of touring artists, tech and logistics in regional art, and organisational collaboration.

Korea National University of the Arts and LINK Dance Company; Dir. Shin Chang-ho (Korea) and Michael Whaites (Australia)

Providing dramaturgical analysis and advice to guide a process of intercultural collaboration, crafting a new dance work. This residency took place at KArts, Seoul, subsequently performed at the Arko Arts Theatre.

An international community dance project, reimagining the traditional korean Suwalloe dance as a symbol of hope and connection across generation and nationality.

Organising and facilitating the effective curation and delivery of bespoke marketing strategies. Building relationships with key media outlets in Boorloo, effectively modifying content to suit and entice varying readerships.

Creative Collaborator on a series of short films, adopting an experimental, experiential approach to an otherwise conservative form.

SHUSH! – Creative Development

2025

Leading the creative development of a drag theatre work featured two finance bro alpha males. Created by a team of gender diverse creatives, the work interrogates the layers of performed identity, the trans experience and the interplay of binary systems on non-binary bodies, asserting community and presence a potent force against the hustle of contemporary life.
